Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (UPI or card) used during the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Items that show signs of use or damage not caused by Runes and Thread.
  • Requests made after the 7-day eligibility window.
  • Customized or personalized products, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Items that cannot be returned due to their made-to-order nature, unless they are defective or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at support@runesandthread.com. Once the order has moved into production, cancellations will not be accepted. In such cases, you may request a refund or exchange after receiving the order if eligible under this policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, replacements may take additional time for processing.
