Delivery Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 5-7 business days after processing depending on your location.

Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders.

COD Charges: A ₹99 handling fee is applicable on all COD orders.

Partial COD: For selected COD orders, a small upfront part-payment may be required at checkout and the balance is payable on delivery. If a dispatched Partial COD order is refused, not accepted, or returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect/incomplete address, the upfront amount may be adjusted against shipping and handling costs.

Returns & Exchanges: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Refunds: Refunds are issued only for damaged or incorrectly shipped products after inspection.
