If a dispatched Partial COD order is refused, not accepted, or returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect/incomplete address, the upfront amount may be adjusted against shipping and handling costs.

Returns & Exchanges: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Refunds: Refunds are issued only for damaged or incorrectly shipped products after inspection.
